WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING MY FIRST SESSION?
Your first session will begin with a detailed consultation on your medical history and some lifestyle questions. I will then lie you back in the chair and begin to work your feet for the first 'investigatory' session. I will work the feet using different pressures and techniques paying particular attention to any out of balance reflexes. At the end of the session I will discuss my findings and aftercare advice, in addition to a plan for further treatments as required.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It is advisable to wear loose trousers so they can be rolled up comfortably to enable the foot and lower leg to be worked.
